We are a made-to-order jewellery house. Please read these carefully before placing an order.
No Return / No Refund (Custom Designed Orders)
Custom designed orders are made to order for a single customer. Once crafted, custom designed orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Please confirm your specifications carefully before you place a custom order.
Cash on Delivery Only
We accept Cash on Delivery as our only payment method. There are no online payment gateways — payment is made when your jewellery is handed over.
Custom Order Payment
Customised jewellery requires a 50% down payment to begin making the piece, and the remaining 50% is paid at the time of delivery.
Certified Documentation
Every customer receives a certified document, independently verified by a third party, detailing purity, weight, stone details and full specifications of their jewellery.
Personal Delivery in Chennai
If your delivery location is within Chennai, the finished product will be delivered in person, and the payment will be collected at the time of handover.
